It is difficult to explain how a work of art or an antique becomes an object of affection. Rino Pizzi Art Photography’s
focus is to understand how many possible ways there are for a photographic rendition to represent both the physical appearance of an object as well the unique qualities that make it, ultimately, irreproducible. Photography fails when it flattens an object and reduces its emotional impact. Rino Pizzi’s objective is to approach the object as a point of departure, and use the camera to emphasize some of its features in ways that could add something to its perception.
